At this exposition, Dr. Xiang Liu, CEO of Molefuture, was invited to deliver a special report titled "Enzyme Evolution Technology Driving Innovation and Upgrading in the Synthetic Biology Industry" at the Technology and Tools Forum. Dr. Liu Xiang introduced our core technology platform, ZymeEditor, and showcased its capability to customize enzymes for various applications in the fields of biopharmaceuticals, synthetic metabolic pathways, and biocatalysis. By combining rational design and directed evolution, our innovative approach has greatly improved the efficiency of enzyme modifications, expedited project timelines, and met a wide range of performance requirements. Dr. Liu also introduced a pioneering mutant screening technology, developed in collaboration with Professor Chen's research group from Wuhan University, aiming to tackle the challenge of stereoselective screening of enzymes. Additionally, she presented our recent patent, "Mutant of T7RNA Polymerase and Its Application" (Publication Number: CN118222535A), which has significantly reduced dsRNA by-product levels, enhancing the synthesis efficiency and quality of mRNA.
