Molefuture has developed the ZymeEditor platform, which incorporates cutting-edge enzyme evolution technologies, including Fluorescence-Activated Droplet Sorting (FADS), alongside traditional methods like Microtiter Plate Screening (MTPS) and Computer-Aided Rational Design (CARD). The high throughput FADS, with its capability to screen up to 10^6 variants per day, alongside traditional methods for advanced and efficient enzyme optimization. Through cross-screening utilizing these technologies, our platform significantly enhances the efficacy of enzyme evolution, ensuring a high success rate in refining enzyme characteristics(activity, stability, selectivity, etc).
