The high-density fermentation process was obtained by screening expression hosts, formulating strategies for efficient expression of recombinant genes, optimizing cell growth environment, fermentation conditions and post-treatment processes. This technology can greatly improve the production of single batch of cells, and has the versatility in the same cell, which can effectively solve the problems of low production of single batch and poor stability between batches, so as to ensure the efficient and stable output of enzyme. At present, the high-density and stable expression of more than 120 OD has been achieved, and the single enzyme capacity is greater than 3 g/L.
